It has a lovely fruity, woody, vanilla character. This is a classic, distinguished wine with a substantial capacity to age.
Critic tasting note: "Intense colour. The nose is closed but there is a hint of wood. Very powerful and full in the mouth. Needs time to mellow out and show it's personality"
